Depending on the brand you buy, we will definitely try our best to restore the brand packaging.
But you also need to know: some brands don’t have boxes to begin with, and some brands don’t have dust bags for certain items. So except for the paper bag* all brand original packaging will be handed over to you in full.
*As of 2020, due to rising shipping costs, we have stopped offering branded paper bags unless otherwise specified.
About receipts: On the day of checkout, we will give you a picture of the receipt, which clearly shows the purchase time and place on the day. Some brands will only provide mall tickets/gift tickets (original). Some in-store in-store stock will provide photocopies.
We will also attach our invoice upon request.
How long does it take to receive the product after placing an order?

Can you provide more pictures for the new products that are pre-released?
In recent years, photography has been strictly prohibited in European counter stores, you can check the style with us through Internet pictures.
After quoting, collecting the deposit, and confirming that the goods are in stock, we will take pictures of the actual details for you at checkout.
Or you can also go to the store to buy selected spots, and you may have a surprise~
What banks accept credit card installments? Is it interest-free?
We accept HSBC credit cards for 12/24 months, Standard Chartered credit cards for 12/24 months, and MOX, CITI, CITIC credit cards for 12 months
The handling fee for 12 months is 6%
24 months fee of 8%

If I lose the receipt from the specialty store, can I still go to the counter to warrant it?
As long as the brand has a worldwide warranty, that’s fine. If you are unable to present the receipt, the waiting time may be longer.
Some brands have cited chip anti-counterfeiting technology, so even if you lose your receipt, you can guarantee it at any counter around the world.
